Shipping Policy

Processing time
All items are made to order. Please allow the processing time listed on each product page (typically 2–6 business days) for your item to be printed, finished, and packed before it ships. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our workshop.

Customs, duties, and taxes (U.S. orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@formandfilament.ca with your order number so we can assist with a carrier claim, reprint, or refund.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help redirect or reship where possible.
