These Terms of Service govern your use of formandfilament.com and your purchase of products from Form & filament. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

Form & filament designs and manufactures 3D-printed home decor products, made to order, and ships to customers in Canada and the United States.

2. Products and licensing

All designs sold by Form & filament are produced under commercial licenses obtained from their respective creators. Products are for personal use by the purchaser; you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or 3D-print copies of our designs for commercial purposes.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details.

4. Made-to-order production and lead times

Items are printed after an order is placed. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page and are approximate, not guaranteed. Production and shipping times may vary due to demand, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping

We ship within Canada and the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Product accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, textures, and dimensions accurately. Because items are 3D-printed and hand-finished, minor variations in color, texture, or size between units are normal and are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Form & filament or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Form & filament is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
